Moallim-e-Urdu was a nasoor for B.S.P. Gov. and It Is Nasoor for your gov. also . You will found heavy loss in 2014 Loksabha election if you will not recruit moallim-e Urdu till last of this year. You are doing well for Siksha Mitra's . B.Ed., B.T.C & V.B.T.C candidates but it seems you have no any plan in near future for moallime urdu. According to U.P. teacher's service regulatory act 1981 after 50 years of age nobody can be teacher in U.P. Moallime urdu is passing this age limit on daily basis. It seems Moallime Urdu will be retired before employment.They will never pardon you. you have forgotten your promises during assembly election. you people are not giving any importance of Mohammad Azam Khan and Ahmad Hassan's stand on amoallim-e-Urdu. No any response of Mr.Mohd, Azam khan's letter on dated 15th July 2012 and no any value of Mr. Ahmad Hasan's word in U.P. Legislative assembly during last session.

I am Uttar Pradesh teacher's eligibility test 2011 passed Moallim-e-Urdu. I am 42 years old. In 1994, in your father's regime 50 years old Moallim e Urdu degree holders were appointed as Urdu teacher.I hope you will do the same. If you can not appoint to Moallim e Urdu as a teacher without UPTET.Then first you have to appoint UPTET pass Moallim e Urdu degree holders as teacher very soon.Then you try for all Moallim degree holders without UPTET. According to U.P. Teacher’s Service regulatory Act 1981 After 50 years of age nobody can be teacher in U.P.  All Moallim degree holders are passing this age limit on daily basis.If you will take right decision late.This will be injustice. when are you going to appoint Moallim e Urdu as a teacher?Please reply my letter I will pray for you.

Please reply this letter otherwise your Janata Darbar will be useless. If you will recruit Moallim e Urdu till age of 50 years as your father had done. Your father may be PM in 2014 and you may be C.M. again in 2017.

This is demand of justice that You have to first recruit Moallim e Urdu degree holders then recruit youngster B.ED.degree holders. Because Moallim - e- Urdu degree holders are going to be overage very soon. they are fighting case since 1997. Moallim e Urdu degree holders are having big burden on their head.B.ED degree holders are youngster they have less responsibility on their head. 

Moallime urdu have taken this degree in 1996 &1997 and B.T.c And V.B.T.c. candidate have taken this degree so latter.

Moallim-e-urdu are Senior than B.ED. B.T.C. & V.B.T.C. candidates.

Please issue advertisement for UPTET PASS OR All Moallim-e-Urdu with B.T.C.urdu & V. B.T.C.urdu UPTET Pass candidates. Because Moallim e Urdu is equal to B.T.C. Urdu. Moallim-e-Urdu are senior than B.T.C.Urdu & V.B.T.C.Urdu. This is demand of justice. I am qualified I can pass UPTET 10 times. I am ready to pass UPTET every month but I want teaching job.    Can I have a right in to be a teacher your state U.P.? Hope you will take Right decision on Right time .

In your father’s earlier term your uncle Mr. Shivpal Yadav had assured Moallim e Urdu for appointment in 2006-2007 but nobody neither your father nor your uncle had done anything for Moallim e Urdu that time. In assembly election 2007 they were out from power.

Mayavati has cheated & beated Moallime Urdu degree holders. Now she has less chance to be C.M. again on her own. She had promised to Moallim e Urdu in 2007 assembly election. After coming in power she forgot her promise. In Ms. Mayavati’s term your cabinet minister Mr.Ahmad Hassan was big supporter of Moallim e Urdu. Please ask Mr. Ahmad Hassan and Mr. Mohd. Azam khan about Moallime Urdu and take right decision on right time. Otherwise Moallime Urdu will be retired.

Some Moallim e Urdu are UPTET 2011 pass and going to be overage. Do
you think they will get justice in your term? please reply.
